    Job Title: Software Developer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Software Developer to join our team, focusing on backend and frontend development with a 70/30 split. You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining applications using modern technologies.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Golang, or Ruby on Rails.

    + Proficiency in Ruby on Rails

    + Implement frontend components using JavaScript.

    + Work with containerization technologies such as Docker.

    + Engage in full stack development tasks.

    + Utilize AWS, Terraform, and Ansible for cloud infrastructure management.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

    + Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in at least one of the core backend languages: Golang, Java, or Ruby on Rails.

    + Experience with JavaScript for frontend development.

    + Strong understanding of containerization and Docker.

    + Familiarity with AWS services.

    + Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.

    + Full stack development experience is advantageous.

    Work Environment

    The position accommodates East Coast working hours, but you can work from any location. The standard work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
