    Job Title: Electrical Test Engineer - Field customer support

    Job Description

    As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will be the technical point of contact for customers integrating laser communication products into their systems. You will provide hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting across platforms such as satellites, aircraft, and ground vehicles. Collaborating closely with internal engineering and sales teams, you will contribute to improving product performance and enhancing customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    + Act as the primary technical liaison for customers integrating laser communication products.

    + Provide on-site support and training to assist in the integration of products into customer systems.

    + Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in real-time across various platforms.

    + Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to optimize product performance.

    + Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing exemplary service.

    Essential Skills

    + 4+ years of experience in aerospace or optical/electrical systems integration.

    + Proficiency with test equipment, embedded systems, and Linux.

    + Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

    + Background in Electrical, Optical, Aerospace, Systems, or Test Engineering.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with laser communication systems and ruggedized military equipment.

    + Knowledge of environmental testing standards such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160.

    + Experience with systems testing and client-facing roles.

    + Familiarity with tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and network analyzers.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
