    Job Title: Property Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties in the Cincinnati area. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate property updates and maintenance, conduct property inspections, and prepare budgets while tracking expenses.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle the day-to-day operations of residential properties.

    + Coordinate property updates and maintenance activities.

    + Conduct thorough property inspections.

    + Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in property management, either commercial or residential.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Proficiency in property administration tasks.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with budget preparation and expense tracking.

    Work Environment

    The role involves managing residential properties across the Cincinnati area. Expect a dynamic work environment that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. The position may require occasional visits to various properties for inspections and updates.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
