Adecco is now hiring in Denton Texas and IDoc Associate.
Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, the IDoc Associate is responsible for preparing documentation and coordinating the shipment of all international orders from US facilities. This role ensures compliance with export regulations and supports global customer satisfaction through accurate documentation and effective coordination.
Primary Duties
+ Prepare and distribute compliant export documentation for all international shipments leaving the US and international shipments
+ Coordinate all international shipments, including communication between customer service, export shipping departments, compliance, freight forwarders, and carriers
+ Troubleshoot international shipment issues (e.g., tracking, damaged or lost freight, postshipment concerns)
+ Provide support to International Customer Service in investigating and resolving outstanding issues
+ Support individual and team goals and initiatives
+ Prepare quotes for international and domestic customer service
+ Use documentation software to:
+ Determine country-specific documentation requirements
+ Ensure shipments are processed through Restricted Party Screening
+ Determine if an Export License is required
+ Apply accurate HTS, ECCN, and Country of Origin information
+ Ensure complete accuracy of all documentation
+ Prepare Hazmat documentation for DOT and IMDG requirements
Qualifications
Education Requirements
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ College degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Experience Requirements
+ Minimum two years of international shipping experience, including document preparation
+ Experience interfacing cross-functionally and with external vendors
Technical Requirements
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products
+ Experience with ERP systems (JDE or SAP preferred)
+ Strong working knowledge of export regulations and documentation requirements
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively and timely
This will be a Monday-Friday onsite role hours 8am-5pm hours may vary as needed.
Pay rate $20.00
In person interview is required.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
