Adecco is hiring immediately for a Hospitality Clerk in Birmingham, MI!
This is a **full-time position** with a schedule of **7:30 AM – 4:30 PM** , paying **$18.00 per hour** . As a Hospitality Clerk, you will perform essential duties that support our client’s office and service center operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees and guests.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Set up and clean up conference rooms before and after meetings.
+ Maintain and restock kitchen areas; ensure supplies and refreshments are organized and available.
+ Manage supply inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels.
+ Handle food ordering, setup, and presentation for meetings and events.
+ Conduct walking courier runs (no driving required) to pick up food or supplies as needed.
+ Provide back-up reception support and assist with front desk duties.
+ Support the service center team as needed for general office functions.
+ Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
+ Professional appearance with **business casual attire** .
+ Excellent **customer service and communication skills** .
+ Ability to **work independently** and stay motivated.
+ Strong understanding of **client/vendor relationships** .
+ Previous experience in a **professional office environment** preferred.
+ Experience in **catering or event planning** is a plus.
