    How you will make an impact:

    The Technician, Facilities -- Maintenance performs repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities. Additionally, the Technician performs routine work orders including employee moves, office set ups and changes, set up and tear down of furniture and fixtures in meetings, events, and conferences while adhering to company standards,

     

    + Perform basic repairs and maintenance, including one or more of the following fields: carpentry, plumbing, painting, lighting repair, in the plant or office facilities

    + May conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary for continued operation of facilities and grounds, including HVAC systems, electrical systems and minor plumbing

    + Inspect and report issues noticed in interior and exterior spaces, including landscape

    + Perform daily logging and inspection of facilities systems including production facility environmental support systems to ensure operation within specifications

    + Other duties as assigned by Management

    What You’ll Need (Required):

    + H.S. Diploma or equivalent

    + Working knowledge in one or more of the related fields including plumbing, lighting, carpentry, and painting

    What else we look for (Preferred):

    + Plumbing experience

    + Electrical experience

    + Experience with employee moves, office set ups and changes, set up and tear down of furniture and fixtures in meetings, events, and conferences

    + Good communication skills

    + Able to read, comprehend, speak, and write English

    + Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Internet Explorer

    + Ability to use hand and power tools

    + Ability to identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assessing using standard procedures

    + Knowledge of and adherence to Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to general and controlled spaces

    + Strict attention to detail

    + Ability to work in a team environment

    + Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

    + Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

     

    Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

     

    For California (CA) the base pay range for this position is $43,000 to $61,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
