Leads quality measure focused forecasting analytics and tableau dashboard team. Administers quality management data and analytics strategy to achieve internal and external constituent expectations for demonstrating quality outcomes and predicting future expected performance. Aligns policies and procedures for the Health Care Quality Management area with organizational goals. Develops methodologies to measure and monitor the quality and effectiveness of care and service provided to members.
What you will do
+ Lead team of experienced analysts in support of HEDIS and other quality measure performance forecasting (ARIMA, exponential smoothing, regression methodologies)
+ Guide analysts in development and maintenance of suite of Tableau-based dashboards spanning multiple healthcare products, highlighting quality and medical economic metrics
+ Drive planning and administration of company programs and analytic initiatives that promote the Health Care Quality Management area's agenda.
+ Implements organizational policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices in the field.
+ Contributes to top-level decision making for the Health Care Quality Management area.
+ Facilitate quality improvement initiative data reporting based on results of data collection and quality reporting.
+ Ensures compliance with all government regulations and quality standards.
+ Controls expenses to meet operational, functional, and service requirements in alignment with budget parameters.
+ Communicates strategically with all stakeholders to influence support for key quality projects, programs, and solutions.
+ Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in STEM or Medical Informatics disciplines or equivalent job experience.
+ 10+ years technical expertise in developing predictive models
+ 5+ years management experience leading data and analytics teams
+ Adept at execution and delivery
+ Adept at collaboration and teamwork in large matrixed organizations
+ Adept at business intelligence development and maintenance for non-analytical audiences
+ Mastery of problem solving and decision-making
+ Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others)
Preferred Experience:
+ 5+ years working within healthcare quality organizations or quality-adjacent functions (Value Based Care, Population Health, etc.)
+ 5+ years leading and providing active guidance in development and maintenance of predictive modeling, statistical modeling and advanced analytics work
+ 5+ years translating business requirements into python and SQL
+ 5+ years presenting and communicating with Senior and Executive Leaders
+ Master’s Degree in Analytics, Statistics, STEM or related fields
Education
+ Bachelor's degree in STEM or Medical Informatics disciplines or equivalent job experience.
+ Master’s degree (preferred)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
