    QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

    Responsibilities:

    + Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce medical devices products such as IV bags.

    + Assure that all operations are in compliance with all Company standards.

    + Places parts in specified relationship to each other.

    + Fastens parts together.

    + Works at different workstations as production needs require.

    + Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.

    + Inspect each part assuring that the product has zero defects.

    + Displeased the finish product in the appropriate box and stock them until the material handler comes.

    + Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.

    + Removes samples of materials, labels with identifying information, and takes samples to laboratory for analysis as requested.

    + Lifts heavy objects (5 lbs. through 25 lbs. approximately) by hand or with power hoist and cleans work area.

    + Must be able to keep the work area in the cleanest and order conditions.

    + Other related duties with the position may be assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    + Occasionally work at other shifts when its required.

    + Experience required but does not have to be with medical device

    + Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

    + Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 5 to 25 pounds (with the appropriate safety equipment that the Company provides).

    + Team worked oriented.

    + Work weekends from 7pm to 7am

    + Work 2-night shifts during the week
