**Job Title:** Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Intensivist (Nights Only)

**Location:** Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX

**Schedule:** 7 on / 7 off | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview:

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced **Acute Care Nurse Practitioner** to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.

Position Highlights:

• Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (7 PM – 7 AM)

• Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment

• Work autonomously alongside a well-established team

• Utilizes EPIC EMR system

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ACNP certification required)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

QUALIFICATIONS

+ EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program

+ EXPERIENCE - More than 1 Year of Experience

+ CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -

Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)

Registered Nurse (RN)

Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Acute Care Nrs Pract Cert (ACNP-BC), Acute Care NP-A Gerontology (ACNPC-AG), Neonatal NP (NNP-BC):
