Overview
Responsible for the development and management of the Technology driven strategy organization. Providing direction, guidance and development to the various organizations under this role as well as continued growth in opportunities to further the Paychex strategy of a technology driven approach to acquiring and servicing our clients. Ultimately establishing business targets including profitability, client retention and business growth.
Responsibilities
+ Identifies and establishes strategic direction for the Technology Driven Service approach for Paychex ensuring it drives productivity, automation and quality via a tech forward service approach.
+ Leverage AI to improve service efficiency, optimize operations, and enhance customer outcomes.
+ Partner and collaborate with director and executive level leaders in service, sales and IT to continue to grow our Tech Forward approach to service.
+ Leads and coordinates operations planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting and ongoing management of platform transfers, acquisitions & new clients.
+ Manage multi-million dollar Technology driven service budget and strategy to ensure it's driving the most value for both the immediate and strategic business goals for Paychex.
+ Drive a continuous growth of Executive Statistics to further support a data driven decision approach for Paychex.
+ Leverages technology and flexible staffing solutions to improve productivity, reduce effort, and improve quality.
+ Recruits, selects, hires and evaluates performance of personnel to ensure all department needs are handled appropriately. Counsels and develops staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs and other resources as required for professional development.
+ Prepares the capital and operating budgets for the cost center(s) and analyzes interdepartmental reports as they relate to the cost center(s). Achieves cost center projections through labor expense and administrative expense controls.
+ Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree - Required
+ Budget or Financial Profit and Loss experience.
+ Client and third party facing and negotiation skills are a plus.
+ 3 years of experience in Management experience in corporate or field.
+ Project implementation experience.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $250,000. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
