Svi is hiring a Senior Business Architect to design and optimize business and operating models, ensuring that DoD OIG’s organizational processes are efficient, measurable, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

+ Document and analyze business processes, capabilities and value chains, identify gaps and opportunities for transformation, digital enablement, and process improvement.

+ Facilitates the creation of business capability models linked to value streams, develop business process models, and assess the health of business capabilities.

+ Provide recommendations for future-state roadmaps, support digital opportunity identification, and analyze technology investment prioritization to align with enterprise goals.

+ Partner with stakeholders across functional areas to ensure business strategy is effectively translated into actionable, technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems or related field.

+ 8+ years of experience in business process analysis and business/IT alignment, including 3 years of experience in enterprise transformation or business architecture.

+ Active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Certified Business Architect (CBA), Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or TOGAF Business Architecture certifications.
