    Elk Grove Subaru is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Control Representative to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our automotive parts inventory—supporting dealership operations, service departments, and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform routine and scheduled inventory counts and reconciliations.

    + Maintain accurate records of stock levels, part numbers, and bin locations.

    + Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory reports.

    + Receive, label, and stock incoming parts according to established procedures.

    + Assist with parts returns, warranty claims, and vendor coordination.

    + Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure proper inventory flow.

    + Utilize dealership inventory systems and KBICO tools for data entry and reporting.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in inventory control, automotive parts, or dealership environment preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar systems) a plus.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical inventory tasks.

    + Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    The Hourly Wage Range for this position is $16.50 - $32.33. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
