Schedule: 5 days at 8 hours each. Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
+ Perform maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
+ Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
+ Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
+ Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
+ Diagnose cause of malfunction.
+ Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
+ Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
+ Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
+ Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools
+ Responsibilities will vary depending on your skill level
Qualifications:
+ Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile. Professional industry experience or completion of an automotive program is required.
+ Toyota/Lexus experience is a plus, but not required
+ ASE Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
+ Ability to navigate technology with ease.
+ Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
+ Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
+ A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
+ Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
