    Service Cashier/Receptionist

     

    Pay: $18.00 - $ 21.00/hourly (DOE)

     

    Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

    What You’ll Do:

    + Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner

    + Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries

    + Direct phone calls to appropriate departments

    + Process customer payments (cash, credit, etc.) accurately and efficiently

    + Balance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits daily

    + Support the Office Manager and/or General Manager with general clerical duties

    + Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions

    + Perform other basic administrative duties as assigned

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills

    + Friendly, upbeat personality with strong attention to detail

    + Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred

    + A strong desire to learn, grow, and build a career in the automotive industry

    + CDK (automotive dealership software) knowledge would be a plus but not required.
