Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Operator II, you will play a pivotal role in our production team, ensuring that manufacturing processes are executed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. This full-time position involves hands-on operation of equipment, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to safety and procedural guidelines to support continuous manufacturing excellence.
Primary Duties
+ Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment to maintain steady production flow while meeting quality and efficiency targets.
+ Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines to identify and resolve minor technical issues promptly.
+ Follow detailed work instructions, safety policies, and quality protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
+ Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to report equipment malfunctions and suggest process improvements.
+ Maintain accurate production records and documentation to support traceability and operational transparency.
+ Participate in ongoing training initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational expertise and team performance.
+ Support material handling and inventory management activities to ensure availability of components and reduce downtime.
+ Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations to foster a safe workplace for all employees.
Qualifications
+ Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar operator role with hands-on machine operation.
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety standards.
+ Ability to interpret technical documents such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and equipment manuals.
+ Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting machinery and production issues.
+ Effective communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and cross-departmental partners.
+ Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
+ Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and continuous learning.
Education / Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is highly valued. Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in manufacturing operations or equipment maintenance are advantageous.
