    What You’ll Do:

    + Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care, ensuring a seamless service experience

    + Communicate repair and maintenance needs clearly and effectively

    + Serve as the link between customers and our highly skilled technicians

    + Provide transparent estimates and updates throughout the service process

    + Build lasting relationships by delivering world-class customer service

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Prior automotive service advisor experience preferred (luxury brand experience a plus)

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + A customer-first mindset with a professional and positive attitude

    + Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy environment

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
