Actively looking to hire a Cash Applications Lead to join a large company on a hybrid basis!

Job Description

As the Cash Applications Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and efficient cash utilization. You will develop and maintain accurate short-term cash forecasts by closely monitoring daily cash positions, inflows, and outflows. Your role includes identifying and evaluating cash flow risks and opportunities through ongoing analysis and tracking of financial activities. You will produce timely, data-driven reports that highlight trends and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of cash settlements for various financial transactions and manage short-term debt and investment portfolios to support overall financial health.

Responsibilities

+ Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while effectively managing multiple competing priorities.

+ Serve as a strategic treasury partner by engaging collaboratively with internal teams and external entities, including banking and financial institutions.

+ Build and sustain trusted, value-driven relationships with internal stakeholders, grounded in credibility and transparency.

+ Promote a culture of collaboration and operational excellence by recommending process redesigns, data-driven solutions, and automation opportunities to drive continuous improvement.

+ Lead the design, development, and enhancement of cash management strategies and processes to boost efficiency, improve forecast accuracy, and mitigate financial risks.

+ Uphold compliance by ensuring strict adherence to established treasury policies and procedures.

Qualifications

+ Proficiency in cash application and treasury management.

+ Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

+ Advanced Excel skills.

+ Proficiency in Power BI.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
