Job Title: Logistics Services SpecialistJob Description
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of account or specialized functional support for Logistics Services, focusing on account and order management for our Channel business. The role is key to operational and proactive issue resolution, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining supply chain compliance through effective order management, proactive communication, logistics execution, and collaboration with partners in planning, distribution, channel, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate daily logistics operations, including order management, shipment tracking, and issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
+ Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners to resolve service disruptions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Support compliance with logistics policies and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate with planning, distribution, and retail operations teams to align logistics execution with business needs.
+ Participate in meetings, contribute to collaborative problem-solving, and interact effectively with customer teams to support operational goals.
+ Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance service reliability and efficiency.
+ Maintain accurate records and reporting to support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations (2+ years).
+ Proficiency in logistics, customer service, transportation, and international supply chain.
+ Familiarity with Oracle and Smartsheet.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Preferred BA in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or Logistics.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tooling.
Work Environment
The role is based onsite five days a week, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will be part of a channel development team that is highly collaborative. The environment offers meaningful work with local partnerships, and promotes a work-life balance that is unmatched. The position involves a high level of interaction with cross-functional teams and business partners, with a significant portion of the work being independent.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
