    Join a prominent food and beverage firm in South Seattle as a Logistics Service Representative. This role offers a six-month contract opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their resume and gain experience with a Fortune 500 company.

    Responsibilities

    + Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across systems and documentation.

    + Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to support shipment scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution.

    + Maintain accurate logistics records and update systems with shipment and order status to ensure visibility and compliance.

    + Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.

    + Identify and escalate service disruptions or order discrepancies to senior team members for resolution.

    + Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.

    + Stay current on all portfolio products and related updates, including offerings, shipping procedures, and promotions, to ensure accurate and informed customer support.

    + Maintain regular and punctual attendance to ensure consistent service and team reliability.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 1 year of working experience.

    + Proficiency in data entry and customer support.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office.

    + Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ServiceNow ticketing.

    + Strong customer service and call center experience.

    + Logistics and CRM experience.

    + ERP system proficiency.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

    + Ability to work independently for the majority of tasks.

    This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
