Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a product installation network. This role is crucial in scaling the deployment of our products, including bidirectional and unidirectional charging systems, stationary storage, and energy management solutions. The Project Manager will ensure seamless delivery of projects from initial customer engagement through final operations approvals, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Project Manager will set up and commercialize a managed installation network and support turn-key installer network operations, ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and scalability across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in the setup, support, operation, and optimization of the network of certified installation providers.
+ Track and develop metrics to manage projects, project costs, and timelines, identify operational risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
+ Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, and third-party firms to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality equipment installations.
+ Define and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs), conduct regular performance reviews, implement corrective actions, and advise on process improvements as needed.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for installers throughout the installation process.
+ Assist in the creation of training and installation resources for products.
+ Ensure installations comply with local codes, utility requirements, and safety standards.
+ Assemble and maintain a documentation repository for permits, inspections, interconnection, incentives, and regulatory compliance.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with 10% travel required to support onsite project activities and supplier meetings within the U.S. Domestic travel is expected to occur approximately once within 12 weeks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
