    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to manage the process of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables. The role includes responsibilities for invoicing, collections, data entry, and journal entries of invoices. You will oversee Payroll for internal employees and manage the Month End close and financial reporting process. Additionally, you will perform Budget and Forecasting Analysis on a monthly basis and assist with general ledger, reconciliations, and other accounting functions as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables processes.

    + Handle invoicing, collections, data entry, and journal entries of invoices.

    + Oversee Payroll for internal employees.

    + Conduct Month End close and financial reporting of close process.

    + Perform Budget and Forecasting Analysis monthly.

    + Assist with general ledger, reconciliations, and other assigned accounting functions.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in Accounting, Financial Statement, and Financial Analysis.

    + Proficiency in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

    + Experience with Journal Entry, Month End, and Reconciliation.

    + Proficient in Full Cycle Accounting including AR invoicing and working in multiple portals.

    + Experience in Month-End Close and Financial Reporting.

    + Knowledge of Payroll for 27-35 employees using ADP.

    + Experience with Business Central ERP or similar Microsoft ERP systems.

    + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.

    + 5+ years in an accounting/finance role.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is highly preferred.

    + Understanding of debits, credits, and accounting fundamentals.

    + Familiarity with budgeting and reporting.

    + Knowledge of Business Center ERP or similar Microsoft ERP is desired.

    Work Environment

    This role begins on-site with the potential for working 1 or 2 days from home in the future, based on demonstrated knowledge and capabilities. You will report directly to the CFO, who is based in Denmark. The position offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the manufacturing industry, initially intended for 6 weeks with the possibility of extension or permanency.

    This is a Contract position based out of Loveland, Colorado.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.
