    Accounts Receivable Analyst

     

    Broken Arrow, OK | $25–$29/hr. | Onsite

    About the Role:

    We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our client's team and ensure timely, accurate cash application while serving as the main point of contact for AR inquiries. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, improving processes, and delivering results.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Post customer payments in SAP quickly & accurately

    + Research, reconcile, and resolve payment disputes

    + Monitor aging reports and clear past-due accounts

    + Maintain accurate customer records & files

    + Identify process improvements to boost efficiency

    + Support the AR Supervisor with reporting & special projects

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 5+ years AR experience (SAP preferred)

    + Strong Excel & reporting skills

    + Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

    + Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities

    + Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
