The Role

Servers are responsible to provide exceptional guest service to the Club Members by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders and promoting a great dining experience.

Essential Job Functions

+ Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items

+ Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests

+ Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features

+ Take food orders, making note of anu special needs

+ Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service

+ Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked

+ Secures payment for food and beverage orders

+ Provides outstanding customer service

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

+ All applicants must be at least 18 years of age

+ Ability to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Must be fluent in English

+ Must be available to work an irregular schedule

+ Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bilingual in Spanish

+ Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms

+ Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
