Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Shift:

2nd Shift (Mon - Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM )

3rd Shift (Mon–Fri, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

**Training:** Required on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Summary:

We're looking for a **Maintenance Mechanic** to keep our machines and equipment running smoothly. This includes fixing mechanical and electrical issues, doing regular maintenance, and helping with equipment installations.

What You'll Do:

+ Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment

+ Perform preventive maintenance on machines (motors, tools, conveyors, etc.)

+ Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems

+ Use hand and power tools for repairs

+ Set up and fine-tune injection molding machines

+ Grease, oil, and fuel equipment as needed

+ Identify and fix safety hazards

+ Help conserve resources by using tools and parts efficiently

+ Perform other maintenance-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

+ 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferred)

+ HS Diploma Required

+ Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and reading schematics

+ Skilled with tools and repair techniques

+ Good problem-solving and communication skills

+ Can safely lift up to 50 lbs

+ Willing to work overtime or weekends if needed

+ Must stay alert and work safely at all times
