    CNC Operator

     

    3rd Shift: M-F, 11pm-7am

     

    Full Time Role!

    Summary:

    We are looking for a skilled Precision CNC Operator to program, set up, and operate machines with tight tolerences. This role ensures high-quality parts are produced efficiently, meeting customer specifications and production goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Program and set up precision OD and centerless grinding machines.

    + Read and interpret technical drawings to produce accurate parts.

    + Perform basic set-ups, tool changes, and machine adjustments.

    + Operate grinding equipment and verify parts meet required specifications (e.g., surface finish, concentricity, straightness).

    + Use precision measuring tools (both contact and non-contact).

    + Develop tooling and gauging for complex part shapes.

    + Troubleshoot issues during set-up and production runs.

    + Ensure machines run efficiently and daily production goals are met.

    + Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

    + Maintain safety and operational standards.

    + Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + Previous manufacturing or machining experience preferred, but not required.

    + **CNC Manufacturing Experience preferably in regulated industry with tight tolerances (tenths or<~0.001")**

    + Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards.
