Job Description
Mount Sinai is one of the largest non-profit health systems in the U.S., with a strong reputation and Top 20 national ranking for both care quality and research/education. Our health system has ~50,000 employees working together to provide care for millions of patients each year.
Mount Sinai Solutions (MSS) was created to drastically change the way people interact with healthcare. Medicine has become increasingly fragmented and transactional, resulting in ineffective patient care, provider burnout, and wasteful use of time and money. Our team is shifting the way people interact with healthcare by increasing access to high quality, in-network providers with an incredible patient experience.
A flagship of our business is The Health Center at Hudson Yards (HCHY); a 15,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art multi-specialty practice designed around patient experience. HCHY houses two distinct membership-based practices – one that provides comprehensive and convenient care to employees in the area, and another that provides outstanding concierge-level service and amenities to individuals seeking an unrivaled healthcare experience. https://www.healthcenterhudsonyards.com/about/
We are looking for talented professionals that are passionate about developing a true system of care that can create market-leading value for our customers, members, and patients and:

• Work productively amidst ambiguity
• Thrive in fast-paced work environments
• Seek to improve the status quo
The Associate – Consumer Sales will support the growth of Mount Sinai Solutions’ direct-to-consumer business, with a focus on selling high-touch concierge healthcare offerings tailored for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). The Associate will assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach through to deal closure and renewals.
In addition to sales responsibilities, the Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, managing reporting and dashboards to track key performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and client experience.

The Associate will gain hands-on experience contributing to revenue growth and will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior members of the sales team.
