We are seeking a Gaming Finance Transformation Lead with deep integration prowess to drive transformation initiatives with urgency and lead financial process and system harmonization across Gaming studios. This role will ensure seamless alignment of financial processes, systems, and reporting standards across multiple entities, enabling operational efficiency and compliance to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Transformation Lead
+ Accelerate and drive financial transformation efforts for acquisitions and system consolidations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Partner with Finance, IT (Information Technology) and Business stakeholders to drive strategy, prioritize needs and decisions required, align cross-functional milestones and dependencies, actively monitor plans to accelerate milestone completion, identify gaps and issues, and manage escalations.
+ Engage functional leads in creating solutions, and issue mitigation/escalation/resolution. Lead complex cross-functional work-streams.
+ Lead requirements gathering and process harmonization workshops to identify gaps and design future-state work-flows.
Change Management & Communication
+ Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and technology teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
+ Deliver training and documentation to finance teams on updated tools and work-flows.
Governance & Compliance
+ Ensure internal controls and compliance frameworks are embedded in all integration activities.
+ Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to validate financial integrity.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of project management related experience.
+ 3+ years of financial planning and analysis related experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
+ OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
+ 3+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.
+ 3+ years work experience in the technology or software industry.
+ Finance or Business Transformation experience with an ability to lead, manage and execute transformation projects, programs or initiatives.
Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
