Description

A local Sioux Falls client is looking to bring in a 12-month Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to assist with moving more into Azure and so looking for someone who has extensive Terraform experience, Azure infrastructure setup and security best practices experience, AWS Cloud infrastructure setup and configuration, and helping to drive automation initiatives as well.

+ Terraform Expertise – Expand infrastructure-as-code practices and integrate new resources into Terraform workflows

+ Azure Infrastructure & Security – Guide setup, tagging strategies, and security best practices

+ AWS Cloud Support – Configure AWS environments and implement tagging standards

+ Automation & Process Improvement – Drive scripting, tooling, and workflow optimization to reduce manual tasks

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1. Demonstrated proficiency in Windows, hands on support and related debugging

2. Familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts and automation tools such as Terraform.

3. Familiarity with the fundamentals of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.

4. Experience with deploying/supporting Azure AD, AWS and Azure cloud services

5. Experience in Azure, Active Directory Domain Services, file structures and security, backup and disaster recovery processes.

6. Installation of software in accordance with corporate standards

7. Follow configuration and change management processes

8. Understand computer architecture and operating systems

9. Basic knowledge of Storage Area Network and Network-Attached Storage technologies

10. Knowledge with Virtualization technologies including VMWare.

11. Assist with testing as necessary

12. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

13. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
