Description

Employees in this role are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet customer needs. They participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, quality assurance, and deployment. Full-stack engineers are expected to build both user interfaces and server-side components. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their use cases and pain points, and delivering user-centric solutions. Engineers solve complex problems using a variety of tools, languages, frameworks, and agile methodologies, while selecting appropriate technology stacks and deployment strategies. They create high-level architecture designs and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product owners, designers, and architects. Responsibilities also include defining and implementing testing strategies aligned with industry standards, optimizing performance, and integrating emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency. Familiarity with practices like test-driven development, continuous integration, and secure coding—including encryption and anonymization—is essential. Engineers are expected to build intuitive user interfaces, develop and maintain back-end services such as APIs and microservices, and stay current with evolving technologies to contribute to innovative solutions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $77.69 - $77.69/hr.
