Description

Core responsibilities include:

• Reviewing assessment findings and working cross-functionally to identify areas of risk.

• Driving closure of gaps or ensuring mitigation plans are documented and tracked.

• Partnering with Legal, IT, Compliance, and business units to execute remediation.

• Developing reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility into risk resolution progress.

• Ensuring accountability, documentation, and audit-ready evidence of remediation efforts.

• Ideal profile: Strong privacy knowledge, cross-functional project management, ability to quickly turn assessment results into actionable next steps.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

5-6 years experience in privacy

Minimum of 5 years privacy experience (such as consumer products/services industry experience with privacy regulatory, legal, or compliance experience, data protection standards, project management).

Project planning and project management experience.

Understands technology and applies privacy knowledge to achieve practical, compliant solutions.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to express complex and technical issues.

Ability to work and communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize and schedule work effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, legal research and analytical skills a plus.

IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $62.00/hr.
