Job Title: Leasing Operations Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Contract Length: 6 months (covering a leave; potential for extension, no conversion to permanent)

Join a dynamic leasing operations team that manages the full lifecycle of leases and loans—from booking to payoff. This role focuses on servicing and payment posting, with a mix of customer service and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Customer Service (25%): Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail requests from clients.

+ Payment Processing (25%): Post payments (check, wire, ACH, internal transfer) to the sub-ledger, ensuring accuracy.

+ Cash Reconciliation (20%): Support the funding team in reconciling daily cash disbursements.

+ Billing Support (20%): Assist with internal and public funding billing processes.

+ Administrative Tasks (10%): Perform general office duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ 1–2 years of experience in loan/lease operations or servicing

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Solid work ethic and reliability

+ Basic understanding of ACH, wire transfers, and check processing

Preferred Skills:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

+ Experience with LeasePlus software

+ Background in leasing operations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
