Role Overview

As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for benefit coordination, insurance navigation, and patient support. You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and patients, ensuring seamless access to prescribed therapies and affordability programs.

Key Responsibilities

+ Serve as a knowledgeable resource on insurance benefits across all payer types (private, commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DOD), with a strong focus on Medicare Part B.

+ Advocate for patients by assisting with eligibility, enrollment, and affordability support.

+ Act as a liaison between healthcare providers, internal teams, and program management.

+ Provide detailed program information and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

+ Navigate payer challenges and escalate complex cases using SOPs and call guides.

+ Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the brand and program.

+ Collaborate daily with Program Management to share updates on patient status, provider feedback, and coordination challenges.

+ Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions.

+ Prior authorization and insurance verification

+ Pharmacy and medical reimbursement knowledge

+ Care coordination and case management

+ Insurance billing and claims processing

+ Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient registration

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy problem-solving

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
