Position overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP VIM implementations, a solid understanding of invoice processing workflows, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Work You'll Do
+ Lead and support end-to-end implementations of SAP VIM by OpenText, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
+ Analyze client business processes and provide recommendations to optimize invoice management and workflow efficiencies.
+ Configure VIM Base foundation components such as IES / OCR profiles, DP exceptions, and PO/Non-PO workflows.
+ Integrate VIM solutions with SAP ERP (e.g., S/4HANA) and third-party applications such as the SAP Business Network (Ariba).
+ Manage invoice processing using a variety of formats including IDocs, XML, and PDFs.
+ Facilitate document management and workflow processes to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance and IT, to ensure seamless project delivery and adoption.
+ Deliver training, documentation, and support for users and stakeholders post-deployment.
Qualification requirements:
+ Minimum of 5 years relevant consulting or industry experience
+ Minimum of 3 years of SAP VIM by OpenText implementation experience.
+ 3+ years of experience and understanding of the VIM architecture, particularly VIM hosted in SAP RISE environments.
+ 3+ years experience with SAP systems and a demonstrable track record integrating VIM with SAP ERP and related platforms.
+ Hands-on expertise configuring IES / OCR Profiles, DP Exceptions, and both PO and Non-PO Invoice Workflows.
+ In-depth understanding of invoice processing using IDocs, XML, and PDFs.
+ Sound knowledge of document management and workflow automation tools.
+ Experience in accounts payable or financial operations, with a focus on process optimization and automation.
+ Background in IT or software implementation, particularly within enterprise solution environments.
+ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
+ Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Skills:
+ Strong problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex invoice processing challenges.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $188,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
