**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Project Manager** to join our MCWL team in **Stafford, VA** and support their Human Performance Laboratory.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Lead and support the holistic science and tactical staff; manage all research-related initiatives.
+ Serve as the primary client liaison, overseeing projects from initiation to final report delivery.
+ Supervise execution of research and performance initiatives.
+ Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to create actionable outputs.
+ Develop and enforce standard operating procedures in alignment with ManTech policy.
+ Monitor and evaluate trends in tactical human performance and related technologies.
+ Represent the HPL group at industry events, conferences, and within thetactical/performance science community
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in Human Performance, Sports Science, Sports Psychology, Exercise Physiology, Neuroscience or Physical Therapy (DPT).
+ At least 5 years of related experience in human performance or physical / sport science.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Ph.D. in Human Performance highly desired.
+ Relevant certifications in sport or athlete performance (e.g., Strength &Conditioning, Sports Science, Physical Therapy, Sports Psychology)
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance within 6 months of starting.
Physical Requirements:
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
