About the role
As an **AEP** **Developer** you will configure Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components, implement data ingestion pipelines, and build Real-Time Customer Profiles and Segments. They’ll ensure integration with other Adobe tools, apply XDM standards, and maintain data quality, privacy, and governance. Strong expertise in AEP architecture and troubleshooting is essential.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and configure AEP schemas, datasets, and identity namespaces.
• Implement data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) into AEP using APIs and connectors.
• Build and maintain Real-Time Customer Profiles and Segments.
• Integrate AEP with other Adobe solutions (AJO, CJA, Target, Campaign, etc.).
• Implement Experience Data Model (XDM) standards.
• Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AEP configurations and data flows.
**Work model:** Remote

What you need to have to be considered
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components (RTCDP, Data Lake, Edge Network, etc.)
• Experience with XDM Schemas, Datasets, Identity Service, and Segmentation Service.
• Familiarity with Adobe I/O APIs and data ingestion mechanisms (batch, streaming, connectors).

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between **$112.000 - $132.000** depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
