About the role

As a Technology Architect, you will make an impact by taking ownership of the system/product from a solution perspective and ensuring the delivery of agreed architecture and infrastructure. You will be a valued member of the Technology team and work collaboratively with software development teams, managers, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

1. Take ownership of the system/product from a solution perspective.

2. Translate business requirements into clear solution specifications.

3. Plan and design the structure of technology solutions.

4. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.

5. Oversee assigned programs and provide guidance to team members.

Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Dallas, TX. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered:

1. 9 - 14 years of experience in software development with strong hands-on experience.

2. More than 2 years of experience in o9 implementation.

3. Experience in SSIS, Talend, Informatica, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory.

4. Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning concepts including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Distribution Planning, procurement planning, and S&OP.

5. Proven knowledge in SQL and ETL processes.

These will help you stand out:

1. Good knowledge in data modelling and data integration.

2. Experience in using cloud and APIs.

3. Knowledge in Databricks, Airflow, Hive, Hadoop.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
