    About the Role

     

    Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Financial Analyst specializing in Operations and Supply Chain, contributing to the company's advancements in science and innovation. You will play a crucial role in overseeing financial management and operational efficiency for our Instrument and Enterprise Services Division worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage inventory levels to optimize costs and support operational needs.

    + Coordinate excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory processes to minimize financial impact.

    + Handle scrap processes to ensure efficient disposals.

    + Manage cost centers for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Quality departments to ensure flawless budget adherence.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Accounting.

    + 3+ years of related work experience

    + Proven experience in financial analysis within a supply chain or operations environment.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to strictly determine financial impacts and implement solutions successfully.

    + Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.

     

    This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
