Ferguson is currently seeking an **Inside Sales Manager** to join our team! If you have a love of meeting people and providing phenomenal customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

+ Work hand-in-hand with Sales Associates, Branch Manager and Operations by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met.

+ Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.

+ Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.

Qualifications:

A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines, establish relationships and enjoy a team environment, in addition to having the following:

+ Prior management experience preferred

+ 2+ years experience in the waterworks industry highly preferred

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

+ Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

Pay Range:

$4,743.90 - $10,436.80

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
