Job Overview

The AI, Data, & Emerging Technology Lab Leader leads the strategic planning for AI, data, quantum computing, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and market trends. This role reports into the General Partner of AI Strategy and is responsible for developing and communicating strategic roadmaps, conducting market and competitive analysis, and advising leadership on emerging technology opportunities and risks. By leveraging insights from research and analysis, the Lab Leader drives innovation and ensures the firm remains at the forefront of technological advancements. This role requires a visionary mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies. Prior experience leading large-scale, cross-functional AI teams in financial services is required.
What you'll do:
+ Define and communicate a bold, actionable vision for the Hub, aligned with enterprise strategy.
+ Oversee multi-year strategic planning for AI, Data, and Emerging Technology with an emphasis on quantum, and digital assets.
+ Establish and enforce principles for responsible AI, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
+ Lead customer discovery and product validation with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Chair the AI governance council for the firm, ensuring risk management and ethical oversight.
+ Build, lead, mentor, and scale high-performing, interdisciplinary teams.
+ Drive continuous improvement through robust analytics and post-release feedback.
