We’re looking for a **positive, motivated, and charismatic Client Service Representative** to be the first smile clients see when they walk through our doors.

As the face of our hospital, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. You’ll help ensure that every client and pet feels supported and valued from the moment they step inside.
What You’ll Do
+ Be the friendly first impression: greet clients and their pets with genuine warmth.
+ Manage the front lines: answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and check clients in/out.
+ Keep the flow moving: guide clients and pets to exam rooms, assist with paperwork, and help maintain smooth operations.
+ Support care: place follow-up calls, present fees, process payments, and recommend products/services.
+ Provide education: answer non-medical questions on pet care and prevention products.
+ Help keep our hospital looking its best (yes, sometimes this includes cleaning up after pets).
What We’re Looking For
+ A people-person with a professional presence and a **“can-do” attitude** .
+ Someone who thrives in a **team environment** and can keep cool under pressure.
+ Strong communication and multitasking skills (think: juggling phones, clients, and schedules without breaking a sweat).
+ Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the **right candidate** with the right attitude.

Schedule
Our practice is currently open **Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM** , with Fridays added soon.
