Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
+ Experience with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Preferred qualifications:
+ Certification in professional accounting or finance qualifications: CPA, ACA or CFA.
+ Experience with inventory and fixed asset accounting.
+ Experience with coding languages such as SQL or Python.
+ Ability to work with a variety of data integration technologies.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with business judgment and the ability to communicate effectively and influence executive management.
+ Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement.
About the job
As a TI Inventory Analyst, you will find innovative ways to deliver controllership in partnership with our Technical Infrastructure (TI) and Finance teams. You will build a comprehensive understanding of the TI supply chain, and use this to enhance controls to verify completeness, accuracy and compliance. As an expert on TI Inventory data, you will surface risk and opportunities to help us to prioritize the most important initiatives. You will be a key advisor to cross-functional partners including finance, corporate accounting, and operations.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$146,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
+ Own controllership reporting for TI Inventory covering capex, turns, aging, etc.
+ Provide flux commentary by partnering with the business and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to connect material movements to key business drivers.
+ Prepare and present financial information to different audiences, including finance leadership and business partners.
+ Lead or oversee critical processes covering inventory valuation, aged item reviews, title transfer and inventory capex reporting.
+ Leverage AI and other tools to enhance reporting and analytics and to actively detect and resolve inventory anomalies in real-time.
