    Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, identify, and hire top talent across diverse roles. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Spanish, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively in both languages.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

    + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

    + Conduct candidate outreach and networking in bilingual communities and talent pools.

    + Attend college career fairs

    + Occasional attend hiring events on Saturdays.

    + Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.

    + Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience in both languages.

    + Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.

    + Ensure job bid process is followed and enforced.

    + Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, bilingual, and multilingual talent.

    + Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational hiring policies.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar HR role.

    + Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting platforms, and ATS systems.

    + Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.

    + Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

     

    Preferred Skills

     

    + Experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting.

    + Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketin
