    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide operational direction to the Global EDI & Data Integration Team by distributing workload in accordance with the prioritization provided by the governance team, assuring high quality and timely delivery, including operational guiding and coaching team members on EDI & Data Integration related matters, project management, and business acumen.

    + Plan and lead assignments, track progress, communicate milestones and escalate issues.

    + Acts as an escalation point for elevated technical problem resolution.

    + Manage the Global EDI and Data Integration resources by conducting monthly 1:1s; provide necessary training, appropriate allocation of workload based on skillset and prioritization; and leading by example.

    + Work cohesively with IT resources, process stewards, and business representatives on understanding the needs of Sylvamo’s customers for EDI integrations to support all business processes relying on EDI messaging.

    + Understand, design, build, implement and sustain EDI Integration solutions

    + Evaluate and drive alternative solutions that meet business needs while maintaining enterprise & industry standards.

    + Lead and execute proof of concept testing in a cross team environment to validate design assumptions.

    + Configure SAP and other applications to enable defined business processes and maintain configuration documentation.

    Position Description:

    + Identify, document and perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the solution.

    + Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the delivered design meets the business requirements · Identify, assess impact, and provide recommendation for resolution of issues related to business processes, procedural and system changes; escalate problems of high complexity and severity ·

    + Work with our business and IT partners to support, identify, gather information, and develop change requests for existing sustain issues or new requirements · Provides consultative support by developing innovative solutions that effectively drive new opportunities to deliver value to the customers, businesses, and potentially our suppliers .

    + Analyze and understand business data to support decision making and effectively present information.

    + Additional duties as assigned.

    Required Skills and Knowledge:

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred.

    + Minimum of 5-8 years ERP (SAP and/or Elixir) experience

    + People management experience is a plus

    + In depth knowledge of business process mapping and data modeling

    + Broad knowledge of supporting business technologies such as EDI, XML, web services.

    + Familiarity with EDI messaging industry standards (EDIFACT, PapiNet, UBL, xCBL, idoc) and transmission methods (including but not limited to: AS2, https, sftp, X400).

    + Understanding of supply chain processes preferred.

    + Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Thorough understanding or experience in ITIL and Agile methodologies.
