Position Summary

This position will be responsible for creating purchasing documents to secure equipment for the new VHEC building on south campus. This project is expected to go through July 2026.

Position Minimum Qualifications

+ Experience with creating equipment purchase documents in Kuali

+ Experience doing receiving and coordinating invoices with Accounts Payable

+ Extensive Excel knowledge and ability to maintain accuracy within a large, complex document

Preferred Qualifications

+ Knowledge of rules and regulations around capital equipment purchases at CSU
