CTG is seeking to fill a Workstation Technician position for our client in Jacksonville, FL.

Work schedule is M–F, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (hours may flex based on business needs).

Duties:

Perform break/fix operations, PC and printer refresh, and troubleshooting in a hospital environment. Responsibilities include configuring, labeling, installing, and relocating hardware; maintaining inventory; assisting end users; documenting work in ServiceNow; and ensuring compliance with IT security standards.

Skills:

+ 2–3 years of workstation or hardware support experience in a healthcare setting

+ Proficiency with ServiceNow; some knowledge of Epic

+ Experience with hand scanners, e-signature pads, tap-n-gos, Zebra/HP printers, iPhones, and iPads

+ Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team

+ Understanding of computer terminology (CPU, Networking, LAN/WAN, etc.)

+ Flexibility for special projects and high-priority orders

+ Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, stoop, kneel, squat, reach overhead, and distinguish colors

Education:

+ **Required:** High School Diploma

+ **Certification:** Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

+ Two (2) years of customer service experience supporting computers

+ Associate degree or technical school training in Computers, Technology, Electronics, or related field

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
