    As the Senior Director of Portfolio Management for Lifecycle Services and Solutions (LSS) within Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), you will be pivotal in expanding our offering portfolio to coupled and decoupled growth areas through strategic leadership and data-driven decision-making. You will leverage insights from customers and competitive market intelligence to drive organic growth and enhance financial performance of the product portfolio across its lifecycle.

     

    You will report directly to our Vice President General Manager of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) Lifecycle Services and Solutions (LSS) and will work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Develop and execute a comprehensive portfolio strategy aligned with customer needs and market trends to optimize product offerings and maximize market position.

    + Understand current customer installed base, develop and guide new programs for current installed base, and create a new installed base.

    + Maximize the growth through ARR, SaaS, and Software portfolio following Honeywell Accelerator model.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering/R&D, marketing, sales, and finance to enhance product strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    + Utilize Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights for continuous discovery to identify and articulate high-value customer problems that our solutions can address.

    + Manage the entire product lifecycle from inception through end-of-life, ensuring effective demand planning and execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) and End of Life (EOL) processes.

    + Create financial models for offerings, balancing revenue expectations with investment and operational costs to project margins and operating income.

    + Assess market conditions regularly to inform and adapt strategies, ensuring responsiveness to competitive landscape changes.

    + Foster an inclusive and high-performance culture by identifying talent, developing team members, and driving engagement across the organization.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 10+ years of experience in industrial environments with focus on outcome-based services and software.

    + Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, manage disparate stakeholders, and influence executives effectively across disciplines.

    + Strong analytical abilities with a track record of strategic and operational planning, able to translate complex market data into actionable strategies.

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's and advanced degrees in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

    + Experience in a large, global, and matrixed organization.

    + Ability to formulate long-term global strategies and brand value propositions that connect with the overall strategy of the business.

    + Excellent relationship management skills, along with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

    + Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments concurrently, including ability to evaluate and manage priorities.

    + Strong customer focus with effective communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships, navigate complex organizational structures, and influence key stakeholders.
