Cardiology APP Opportunity – Libby, MT

Logan Health is seeking an experienced Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team in Libby, Montana. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality cardiovascular care in a supportive, community-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care

+ Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning

+ Participate in patient education and follow-up care

+ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

What We’re Looking For:

+ Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for cardiology

+ Must have 2 years Cardiology APP experience

+ Current licensure in Montana

+ Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
