Role Overview:
The Quality Test Engineer will be responsible for validating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations across insurance platforms. This role demands strong hands-on testing capabilities, a deep understanding of AEM architecture, and familiarity with insurance workflows. The engineer will ensure that digital solutions meet functional, performance, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AEM-based applications.
+ Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile interfaces.
+ Validate content delivery, personalization, and user experience across insurance customer journeys.
+ Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
+ Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure test coverage and issue resolution.
+ Support automation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks.
+ Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards and regulatory requirements during testing.
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
Required Skills:
+ Strong experience in testing Adobe Experience Manager including Sites, Assets, and Forms.
+ Proficiency in test management tools and automation frameworks.
+ Solid understanding of Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful services.
+ Familiarity with insurance processes such as policy issuance, claims handling, and customer servicing.
+ Experience in testing integrations with backend systems like CRM, policy administration, and billing platforms.
+ Ability to design reusable test assets and maintain test data across environments.
+ Exposure to performance testing tools and techniques.
+ Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards relevant to insurance platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or Cypress.
+ Familiarity with cloud-based AEM environments and CI/CD pipelines.
+ Prior experience in insurance product testing across life, health, or general insurance.
+ Certification in software testing or Adobe Experience Manager technologies.

Salary Transparency:

The base salary range for the tagged location is $70000 to $93767/ year.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
