    Salary: $168 / Week

     

    Amergis Healthcare is hiring multiple youth care workers to support teens in adolescent treatment centers in Orange CA ! This would be a mental health position.

     

    Details

     

    + Setting: Adolescent treatment center

    + Location: Orange

    + Schedule: AMs, PMS

    + Pay: Up to $22/hour (we offer weekly pay!)

    Responsibilities:

    + Supervise and ensure the safety of youth in care

    + Support and implement individualized treatment plans

    + Monitor and document behavior and progress

    + Assist with daily routines (meals, hygiene, chores)

    + Teach life skills and promote independence

    + Build trusting relationships with youth

    + Provide emotional support and crisis intervention

    + Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and case managers

    + Participate in team meetings and treatment planning

    + Maintain accurate records and incident reports

    + Organize recreational and educational activities

    + Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution

    + Uphold center policies and licensing standards

    + Use trauma-informed care practices

    Youth Care worker Qualifications:

    + CPR certified (or willing to obtain before start)

    + Experience working with individuals w/ mental illness; preferred but not required
