    Special Education Teacher | $50/hr | Beaverton, OR | Middle School | Behavioral Classroom | 2025–2026 School Year

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher to support a Middle School Emotional Growth Center classroom in Beaverton, Oregon. This in-person role begins ASAP and is expected to run through the end of the 2025–2026 school year.

     

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week

    + Pay: $50/hour

    + Caseload: 8–12 students

    + Setting: Behavioral classroom with students exhibiting task refusal, elopement, aggressive behaviors, and other SPED needs

    + Modality: In-person only

    + Interview: Virtual with district SPED administrator

    Requirements:

    + Active Oregon SPED license

    + Experience in behavioral classrooms preferred

    + Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
